Book our intensive 2-day workshop where we honour the entire wild harvested animal that you’ve helped process.
Over the course of a few meals, we’ll prepare the meat in a variety of delicious ways, showcasing its versatility.
On day 1, we’ll begin the hide tanning process, which will continue into day 2.
You’ll leave with not only hands-on experience, but with our guidance materials, and our take home hide tanning kit, you’ll have all the components needed to complete your hide tanning at home.
Plus, you’ll gain creative ideas for cooking your own game meat like a pro.
